Rasor Elettromeccanica was established in Milan in 1946 primarily to produce automatic cutting systems and units for textile applications. The Company now produces cutting equipment for the sports industry, furniture, chemical, automotive, shipbuilding and aerospace industries.
The main characteristic of Rasor is that each working phase, starting from the manufacturing of the product up to its packing and delivery is carried out in the Rasor premises by qualified operators. GREENCUTTER 2010 is the latest generation double blade electric cutting machine for synthetic turf. The GC-10 is used for rapid and easy single cutting, double cutting and cutting of the overlapping turf for a perfect coupling of the rolls. The width of lines can be adjusted between 5 – 20cm.
The twin blade-counterblade-always-in-contact cutter principle enables Greencutter GC-10 to product sharp cuts, without fraying. With the new fibre opening system, the blade cuts only the backing and the turf remains intact. It can be used on both new and old turf with any type of backing and without height limits. The cutting speed is up to 1 m/sec and drastically reduces the installation time, eliminates blades and knives and reduces the installation crew labour component.
The unit comes complete with the Curved Line Kit. This kit, consisting of a series of aluminium rods with screwed coupling, allows precision cutting of circular lines such as field center circles and all radiuses commercially used for all types of sports including soccer, netball, basketball and other field sports.
The sophisticated high tech mechanics, with steel, bronze and aluminium components makes the Greencutter a professional, reliable and strong machine.
SPEEDCUT ELECTRIC SINGLE BLADE SCISSORS
Light and versatile, the Speedcut is ideal for synthetic grass and softfall products. The Speedcut halves the cutting times, improving the laying and quality of the installers work. Ideal for landscaping work involving installations around pavers and other ‘fiddly’ work.
