SMITHFIELD KIDS IN CARE DILAPIDATED OUTDOOR PLAYGROUND
A vital element which makes the partnership between Advantage Sports & Leisure, Prograss and Team unique in the field of synthetic grass is their continual efforts in the areas of innovative design, practicality and functionality.
The transformation of Smithfield Kids In Care from a 470m2 decrepit playground surface to a new, exciting and vibrant play area is a shining example of this partnership. This facility was in the verge of being shut down due to flood damage to the outdoor surface.
Advantage Sports & Leisure were able to pull together the following professional team to ensure this did not occur:
- Bruce Warwick – Director of Prograss and valuable contributor to development and concepts in the area of synthetic grass technology
- Adam Warwick – Experienced installer
- Warwick Beale – Experienced installer and owner of Groundability (a registered Idealgrass distributor)
These three specialist synthetic grass installers are currently installing a 10,000m2 sports field on the roof top of a multi-story car park for St Lawrence College in Brisbane.
